Overview
As part of its long-term partnership as imID’s strategic PR partner, SPRING PR was entrusted with developing the concept for the inaugural TrustConf2026 by imID, alongside full-scale event management, strategic communications, and media relations.
Held on October 1, 2026, in Yerevan, TrustConf2026 marked the launch of Armenia’s annual conference dedicated to digital trust. The event brought together representatives of the public and private sectors, financial and telecommunications industries, technology companies, businesses, and international experts.
Under the central message “Trust Is the New Infrastructure,” the conference was established as a platform for Armenia’s digital trust ecosystem, fostering professional dialogue on digital identity, trust services, public-private cooperation, international standards, and interoperability.
The programme featured the introduction of the new-generation imID app, live demonstrations of imID Sign, expert presentations on Armenia’s digital identity infrastructure and the European eIDAS framework, and discussions on the future of digital trust. The conference concluded with Trust Talks, a live podcast exploring the legal, financial, and operational dimensions of digital trust.
TrustConf2026 also laid the foundation for further international cooperation, with the announcement that part of the Trusted Economy Forum 2027 programme would be hosted in Yerevan as part of TrustConf2027.

Strategy
SPRING PR developed and executed a comprehensive event management and strategic communications approach for TrustConf2026, overseeing every stage of the project, from concept development and programme design to on-site execution and post-event communications.
The strategy began with shaping the conference’s identity, positioning, key messages, and programme, aligning the event with imID’s vision of advancing Armenia’s digital trust ecosystem. Particular emphasis was placed on creating a coherent narrative that connected technological innovation, industry expertise, and the practical applications of digital trust.
To ensure the seamless flow of the conference, SPRING PR managed the full range of organizational and production processes, including vendor coordination, technical arrangements, speaker and stakeholder engagement, and on-site logistics. The team developed the detailed run of show, host script, speaker and executive briefing materials, and coordinated rehearsals, stage transitions, and the overall event flow. Photography and video production were also coordinated to ensure comprehensive coverage of the event.
In parallel, SPRING PR led media relations and strategic communications, securing media engagement, arranging interviews with key speakers and imID representatives, and coordinating on-site media activities. Communications efforts focused on making complex technological and regulatory topics accessible to wider audiences while strengthening imID’s positioning as a key driver of Armenia’s digital trust ecosystem.
Following the event, SPRING PR managed post-event media relations, content dissemination, and coverage monitoring, extending the conference’s visibility and reinforcing its key messages beyond the event itself.
