Overview

SPRING PR had the honor of managing the communication for Renshin LLC, a leading urban development and investment company in Armenia. Renshin is focused on creating a new standard of living and lifestyle. Its Artlife project, a residential and entertainment complex that meets international standards, won the Mixed Use Architecture Armenia nomination at the prestigious International Property Awards. SPRING PR was entrusted to communicate this achievement to local and international media, positioning Armenia as a hub of advanced and modern architectural construction.

The International Property Awards is an esteemed annual event in the architecture and construction industry, attracting hundreds of companies from around the world. In 2022, Armenia joined other European countries such as Germany, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Portugal, and Holland, among others. Winning companies at the continental level automatically advance to the global level to compete with participants worldwide.

The Artife project was considered in the Architecture, Development, and Regional nomination categories and was awarded the highest marks by the international jury. It has earned a high rating of “Five Stars” in Best Residential Development 20+ Units Armenia and Best Mixed Use Development Armenia, as well as Best Architecture Multiple Residence Armenia nominations. The project is also nominated as Best Mixed Use Development Europe, the best mixed-use architecture project in Europe, which will compete with similar complexes in Europe in February 2023.

Artlife stands out as a luxury mixed-use complex that integrates art, architecture, and lifestyle experiences. The project seamlessly blends with the existing architectural and urban image of the city, drawing inspiration from cities like Milan and Paris. It features apartments, apart-hotels, commercial infrastructures, entertainment centers, showrooms, a spa center, a helipad, and a spacious parking lot. The project also includes prestigious international brands and fashion houses like Vogue, adding to its prestige and sophistication.

Strategy

To effectively communicate Renshin LLC’s achievement, SPRING PR implemented a communication strategy focused on targeted media outreach and strategic messaging using releases, photos, and videos as main tools.

The first step was to identify key media outlets in Armenia and internationally, including architecture and construction industry publications, lifestyle magazines, and news outlets․  To amplify the message, we coordinated interviews with key representatives from Renshin LLC, including the Deputy Director of Renshin LLC, Levon Kasparov. Additionally, an influencer activation was included with several celebrities sharing the event on their social media accounts to reach a wider audience.

SPRING PR developed the key messages and talking points for all spokespersons involved in media outreach. This messaging emphasized Renshin LLC’s commitment to creating a new standard of living and lifestyle in Armenia and highlighted the Artlife project’s innovative design and features.

Through targeted media outreach, strategic messaging, and influencer activation, SPRING PR effectively communicated Renshin LLC’s achievement and showcased Armenia as a center for innovative and contemporary architectural construction. The campaign generated extensive media coverage with major international media outlets including the Associated Press, NBC, FOX, Yahoo! Finance, Seeking Alpha, and WGN-TV featuring the campaign and increasing its visibility.
