Strategy
SPRING PR was entrusted with the comprehensive PR support and full event management of the Thales-Revytech Security Workshop. Our strategic approach was structured into pre-event communications, event preparations, dynamic on-the-day management, and post-event communications.
In the pre-communications phase, we executed targeted B2B communications to ensure the relevant audience for the workshop. This involved curating a comprehensive list of key industry stakeholders, including heads and representatives from IT departments within the RA banking system, financial institutions, insurance companies, technology firms, payment accounting companies, and large businesses. Invitations were carefully crafted and disseminated with follow-ups to confirm attendance and participation.
Our event preparations were meticulous, encompassing every detail to ensure a seamless and impactful experience. This included venue selection, catering arrangements, and coordination with a printing company for all necessary materials.
On the day of the event, SPRING PR oversaw full management, ensuring everything ran smoothly and according to plan. We conducted interviews with Tigran Simonyan, CEO of Revytech, and Waleed Marji, Regional Sales Manager at Thales, as well as Tariq Jitan, Digital Identity and Security Professional at Thales. These interviews captured their insights for compelling narratives, including a video report that highlighted the essence of the initiative.
Our media strategy was pivotal in amplifying the event’s reach. We prepared and distributed pre- and post-event releases in leading Armenian media outlets, both in Armenian and English. Publications such as armenpress, banks.am and news.am were strategically selected to target our desired audience, ensuring wide coverage and engagement.
The workshop showcased modern cybersecurity solutions by Revytech and Thales, offering invaluable insights to leaders in Armenia’s financial sector and large enterprises. Through our comprehensive PR support and full event management, we successfully positioned the Thales-Revytech Security Workshop as a vital event in the cybersecurity landscape, fostering new partnerships and enhancing digital security awareness across key industries.
