Overview
As part of its long-term strategic partnership with PROFAL, SPRING PR provided comprehensive strategic communications, government relations, and event management support for the official opening of the company’s new architectural glass processing plant in the Nairi community of Armenia’s Kotayk Province in October 2026.
Built from the ground up in accordance with European and American standards, the new facility represents an investment of more than USD 20 million and is the largest architectural glass processing plant of its kind in the region. The plant is designed to increase PROFAL’s glass processing capacity approximately fivefold, reaching more than 40,000 square meters per month at full operation and strengthening the company’s position in both domestic and international markets.
The opening ceremony was attended by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, members of the Government, diplomatic representatives, and PROFAL’s Armenian and international partners. The event also marked the signing of two major international cooperation agreements, including a EUR 30 million agreement with French company SAS TERRITOIRE and a partnership with Aluvista Systems for the supply of 20,000 square meters of doors and windows.
The new facility has already created 75 jobs, with another 100 planned in the next phase. PROFAL also plans to invest an additional USD 10 million over the next two years, bringing the total investment in its integrated industrial complex to more than USD 30 million.
Beyond the opening of a new production facility, the event represented an important milestone in Armenia’s industrial development, highlighting the country’s manufacturing potential, growing export capabilities, and opportunities for international business cooperation.

Strategy
SPRING PR developed and implemented an integrated communications and event management approach to position the plant’s opening as a significant milestone for PROFAL and Armenia’s manufacturing industry. The agency shaped the event concept and key messages, bringing together the company’s industrial achievements, investment plans, and international ambitions within a cohesive narrative.
Government relations and protocol management were central to the project. SPRING PR coordinated communication with relevant government institutions, managed arrangements for high-level official participation, and oversaw protocol requirements to ensure the seamless involvement of government representatives, diplomatic guests, and international partners.
The agency provided full-scale event management, overseeing the ceremony’s programme, branding and design coordination, technical production, staging, sound and lighting, catering, guest hospitality, and on-site logistics. Working closely with production teams, designers, and other vendors, SPRING PR ensured that all organizational and technical elements were delivered in alignment with the event’s concept and official requirements.
Content development was another key component of the preparations. SPRING PR developed speeches, the event host’s script, fact sheets, and other communications materials, while also coordinating the production of a corporate film highlighting PROFAL’s achievements and the significance of the new facility. Produced ahead of the opening, the film was screened during the official ceremony as part of the event programme. The agency also managed the event host, ensuring consistency in messaging and the smooth flow of the programme.
To extend the event’s reach beyond its participants, SPRING PR implemented a media relations and influencer engagement programme, coordinating media attendance, on-site interviews, and engagement with journalists and content creators. The agency also managed post-event communications, ensuring continued visibility of the plant’s opening, international partnership agreements, and PROFAL’s broader industrial development plans.
By combining strategic communications, government relations, comprehensive event management, and targeted media engagement, SPRING PR helped communicate PROFAL’s latest industrial milestone to government stakeholders, business partners, the media, and wider audiences.
