Overview

SPRING PR was entrusted with providing full-scale strategic communications and event management support for the presentation of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and the master class by Professor Vanessa Seyman titled “More Than Negotiations: Managing the Unexpected.” The event marked the school’s official introduction in Armenia, presenting SKOLKOVO’s academic programmes, educational vision, and opportunities for professional development.

In partnership with Yerevan Productions, for which SPRING PR acted as the official PR partner, the agency supported both the organizational and communication aspects of the event, including negotiations with local businesses and institutional partners.

The event gathered representatives of Armenia’s large and medium-sized enterprises, leading financial organizations, academic institutions, non-governmental and international organizations, as well as business and political consultants in the field of negotiations. It was also attended by Ruben Vardanyan, Founder of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, whose participation highlighted the school’s commitment to strengthening international cooperation and advancing business education.

As part of the programme, Maria Schultz, Former Head of Sales and Marketing at SKOLKOVO, and Daria Brodnikovskaya, Operations Director of the Full-time MBA Programme, presented the school’s educational portfolio — including its Executive MBA and MBA programmes — outlining the competitive advantages and leadership development opportunities available to students and professionals.

Strategy

Within this partnership, SPRING PR designed and implemented a comprehensive communication and event management framework aimed at ensuring high visibility and a professional introduction of SKOLKOVO in Armenia. The agency developed the PR campaign, managed media relations, prepared and distributed communication materials, and oversaw both pre- and post-event coverage to maximize outreach across key business and mainstream media outlets.

Full event management was provided, covering vendor coordination, logistical planning, and on-site execution to ensure seamless delivery. SPRING PR worked closely with Yerevan Productions and SKOLKOVO representatives to guarantee message consistency, brand alignment, and professional audience engagement throughout the event.

Professional photo and video documentation were arranged to capture the key highlights of the presentation and master class, supporting the visual communication and post-event storytelling. Through its comprehensive approach — combining strategic communication, media relations, and flawless event execution — SPRING PR successfully contributed to positioning the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO as a globally connected institution fostering executive education, innovation, and leadership development within Armenia’s business and academic community.
