SPRING PR has been partnering  with Inecobank and Inecopeople to develop and manage the communication activities of the bank’s CSR programme, “Inecobank By Your Side”. The collaboration aims to highlight the programme’s mission, broaden its public outreach and ensure its strong presence within Armenia’s educational and professional development landscape.

In 2025, the “Inecobank By Your Side” CSR programme introduced a major new direction aimed at empowering Armenia’s youth through access to education and professional growth opportunities. With a total funding of over AMD 1 billion, the programme expanded significantly, supporting five core components: 150 full scholarships for undergraduate students, tuition reimbursement for 15 students, international short-term educational opportunities for 20 students, and substantial financial support for 30 young professionals admitted to Master’s programmes at the world’s top 50 universities. The programme also continued its internal community development effort by funding the tuition fees of Inecobank employees’ children.

Within this partnership, SPRING PR provides continuous, full-spectrum communication and event support for all activities conducted under the “Inecobank By Your Side” umbrella. The team has organised thematic events and information occasions, ensured professional coverage of key project milestones and supported the visibility of the programme during major educational and technology events (such as Digitec, Vanadzor Tech Week, diploma-awarding ceremonies of YSU, UFAR and ASUE, and other industry-related initiatives). SPRING PR has coordinated all on-site processes and ensuring smooth interaction with participants, stakeholders and media. Coordination of photo/vidoe production is another component of the collaboration. 

Throughout the collaboration, SPRING PR prepares and distributes media materials, secures consistent media coverage and facilitates ongoing cooperation with leading outlets to ensure that the initiative’s mission and achievements are effectively communicated to the public. By providing strategic guidance, event support and continuous media coordination, SPRING PR has contributed to positioning “Inecobank By Your Side” as one of the most comprehensive and transformative CSR programmes supporting youth education and professional development in Armenia.
