Overview
SPRING PR was assigned to oversee the full PR support and event management of a significant initiative Accor and Technotun MoU Signing in Yerevan.
Pullman, the upscale international hotel brand of AccorHotels, is set to operate in Yerevan. On July 2, the Armenian company Technotun, represented by Tigran Mnatsakanyan, Director of Technotun and the French company Accor represented by Alexis Delaroff, Chief Operating Officer New East Europe at Accor signed a memorandum of cooperation. The signing ceremony was also attended by RA Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan.
Technotun will construct a residence in Armenia that meets the highest international standards – Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan. According to the memorandum, this complex will be managed by the Accor Group.
Accor’s Pullman brand, one of the major hotel groups, will be introduced in Armenia for the first time through the collaboration with the Armenian company Technotun. The investment budget for the project exceeds 100 million US dollars.
Accor is one of the world’s 10 largest hotel groups, comprising about 5,600 hotels and 10,000 restaurants and cafes in over 110 countries. The group possesses one of the most diverse hospitality ecosystems, with a portfolio that includes more than 40 hotel brands – Raffles, Rixos, Swissotel, Fairmont, etc. Pullman, which is among the premium brands of the Accor Group, operates in major cities worldwide, including Paris, Berlin, Miami, Dubai, and New York. Soon, Yerevan will join the list.
The signing ceremony took place at 180 Nork Gardens, the site of the new complex. During the event, a symbolic marker commemorating the start of the cooperation was created on-site, with Tigran Mnatsakanyan and Alexis Delaroff being actively involved in its preparation. This branded concrete block will later be incorporated into the completed complex.
Guided by the motto “Resort you call home,” Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan will offer new lifestyle opportunities with high-quality hotel-like services, facilities, and infrastructure.
The residence will feature two formats: Living and Residences. Most of the residence is designed for permanent living, providing all the necessary conditions, opportunities, and infrastructures for safe and secure family living, including with children. Purchasing apartments in the Living sector guarantees a stable investment. Pullman living concept, which is relatively new to market, offers long-term stays by combining hotel services with the comfort of residential living.
Residents of the complex will have the exclusive opportunity to utilize the facilities of the Accor club. The Accor membership club, known as “ALL – Accor Live Limitless,” provides its members with exclusive benefits, rewards, and personalized experiences at all Accor hotels, holiday homes, and apartment complexes. The ALL program offers various membership levels: Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.
