Overview
SPRING PR provided comprehensive PR support and event management services for the third annual Mining Armenia Forum 2026, held on October 16–17 in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia, under the theme “From Resources to Opportunities.”
The two-day forum brought together around 50 speakers from Armenia and 14 other countries, including representatives of international mining companies and financial institutions, investors, policymakers, sustainability experts, technology providers, academics, and civil society. The event was attended by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, and other government officials.
More than 30 presentations, panel discussions, and roundtables explored the future of responsible mining, investment, and technology. The forum featured a distinguished international lineup of speakers, including internationally recognized mining expert Mark Cutifani as a keynote speaker.
Mining Armenia Forum partnered with Resourcing Tomorrow in forming a keynote panel on investment trends and with Wood Mackenzie, which presented a survey on the Armenian mining sector’s investment attractiveness.
Discussions focused on building public trust, strengthening cooperation between the state, industry, and society, attracting long-term investment, and advancing modern technologies and international best practices. Biodiversity management was also a prevalent theme across discussions on sustainability, particularly relevant as Armenia prepares to host the COP17 summit on biodiversity.
The forum was organized by the Mining Forum Development Foundation and the Mining and Metallurgy Association of Armenia. Its strategic sponsors were Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine (ZCMC) and Lydian Armenia, while Ameriabank and Teghut CJSC served as main sponsors.
Over the past three years, Mining Armenia Forum has brought together more than 500 participants and over 40 international speakers from more than 20 countries, strengthening its position as an international platform for dialogue and cooperation in the mining sector.

Strategy
As the forum’s PR and event management partner, SPRING PR delivered comprehensive communications and organizational support for the third edition of Mining Armenia Forum, building on its experience managing the previous editions.
The agency developed and implemented the forum’s communications strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and visibility across all stages of preparation and execution. This included preparing official press releases, media announcements, invitations, speaker biographies, and other PR materials, with particular emphasis on communicating the forum’s international scope, key discussions, and industry significance.
SPRING PR coordinated communication and engagement with international speakers and participants, managing invitations, confirmations, travel arrangements, accommodation, and on-site hospitality. The team maintained continuous communication with speakers and their representatives, ensuring smooth coordination before and throughout the two-day event.
Government relations were another key component of the agency’s work. SPRING PR coordinated communication with relevant government institutions and officials, facilitating high-level participation in the forum. This included protocol-related arrangements, coordination of official participation, and alignment with relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth integration of government representatives into the forum’s programme.
Media relations formed an integral part of the strategy. SPRING PR coordinated on-site media interviews with international speakers and industry representatives, facilitating direct engagement with journalists during the forum. Following the event, the agency conducted international media outreach to promote the forum’s key discussions and messages to wider audiences.
The agency also coordinated the forum’s branding and visual materials, working closely with designers, printing partners, technical suppliers, and venue representatives to ensure a consistent visual identity across all event touchpoints.
SPRING PR provided full-scale event management services, overseeing technical production, venue arrangements, registration, guest reception, programme coordination, and communication with speakers, moderators, and the event host. During the forum, the team supervised on-site operations to ensure the smooth execution of presentations, panel discussions, roundtables, and networking activities.
Through integrated PR support, international guest coordination, and comprehensive event management, SPRING PR contributed to the successful delivery of the third Mining Armenia Forum, supporting its continued development as a platform for international industry dialogue and cooperation.
