SPRING PR Company was entrusted with the strategic communications of WIN4Education, a regional capacity-building and mentorship program implemented by the Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology (FAST) in partnership with Teach For Armenia and the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) within the framework of the RECONOMY program.
Over the course of 8 months, more than 200 STEM educators from regional communities in Armenia and Georgia took part in a free initiative combining STEM education, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and mentorship. The program empowered participants to transform their knowledge, experience, and community insights into innovative ideas with practical application.
Following the training phase, 54 participants from Armenia formed their teams and, supported by mentors, further refined their ideas and prepared them for presentation before a professional jury. 28 participants from Georgia developed innovative ideas for education as well, and received mentors’ support.
The Armenian phase concluded on May 23, 2026, with the Best Idea Award final competition. AssistED, Koli, Nexus, AR Garden, and Lullie were recognised as the winning teams and received awards (4,000,000 AMD in total), demonstrating the potential of innovative solutions developed throughout the initiative. The Georgian phase concluded on May 25, 2026 with 7 projects showcased.
SPRING PR developed and implemented a comprehensive communications plan spanning the entire lifecycle of WIN4Education — from participant outreach and applications to the final events in Armenia. The agency led media relations, content development, visual communications, and communications coordination with programme partners and implementing organisations.
As part of the programme’s capacity-building phase, SPRING PR Co-Founder Tatevik Simonyan and PR Director Mariam Safaryan also delivered training sessions on “Principles of Effective Written Communication,” combining theoretical insights with interactive exercises to strengthen participants’ writing and analytical skills.
Through media outreach, executive interview, participant stories, video content, and ongoing communications support, SPRING PR highlighted key milestones, expert involvement, cross-border collaboration, and the outcomes generated throughout the initiative.
By ensuring a unified narrative across all stages of implementation, WIN4Education was positioned as a credible regional platform empowering women and youth through education, leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
