Overview
SPRING PR provided full strategic communications and media relations support for the visit of internationally recognised NLP coach Jack Makani and Enneagram trainer Anna Karpeka to Armenia, organised by the Psychological Center Eutyun. The visit introduced certified training programmes in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), coaching and Enneagram methodologies, offering Armenian and regional professional audiences access to contemporary psychological technologies applied in life and business success.
The training programmes were designed for a wide professional audience in Armenia and the region (Georgia, Iran, Turkey), including psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches, HR specialists, representatives of medium and large businesses, leading financial institutions, academic circles, NGOs and international organisations. Upon completion of the programmes, participants received internationally recognised ICTA (International Coach & Trainer Association) certification.
Jack Makani is one of the founders of the NLP school in Scandinavian countries and the founder of the International Coach, Trainer and Therapist Network (ICN) and the Makani Academy. He has developed and teaches original methodologies for personal growth, development and success, and is the author of numerous books and professional publications. The visit positioned NLP, coaching and Enneagram as highly relevant, applied psychological technologies actively used across consulting psychology, business, education, finance, management and human resources.
Strategy
SPRING PR led the strategic communications for the visit, defining its positioning as a high-level international educational initiative focused on professional development and practical psychological technologies. The agency developed the core messaging framework, ensuring clear articulation of the programmes’ value for both specialised professional communities and broader business and institutional audiences.
A key component of the strategy was the organisation and communication of a dedicated press conference held ahead of the visit, featuring the founders of the Psychological Center Eutyun. SPRING PR managed the full press conference process, including narrative development, key message formulation, media coordination and on-site management, setting the context for the trainings and generating early public and professional interest.
SPRING PR conducted extensive media relations and B2B communications throughout all phases of the project. This included targeted outreach to national media, coordination of interviews and expert commentary, and structured communication with professional and corporate audiences. The agency ensured consistency of messaging across all media materials and platforms, reinforcing the relevance and credibility of the trainings.
In parallel, SPRING PR supported event communications and coordination during the training sessions, ensuring smooth interaction with media and stakeholders. Post-event communications included follow-up outreach, media monitoring and coverage analysis, sustaining visibility and positioning the initiative as a significant contribution to Armenia’s professional education and psychological training landscape.
