Overview

SPRING PR acted as the official public relations partner of Nairi Insurance within the framework of the contract signing ceremony with Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine for the provision of voluntary health insurance coverage. The partnership focused on the strategic communications and public presentation of a large-scale corporate agreement aimed at strengthening employee welfare and promoting responsible business practices.

The official ceremony marked the signing of a voluntary health insurance contract by Davit Baghdasaryan, Executive Director of Nairi Insurance, and Sos Ghahramanyan, Deputy Director of Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine. Under the agreement the health coverage of 3,500 employees of Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine, as well as their family members, was ensured, extending the program’s reach to more than 10,000 beneficiaries in total. The agreement represented one of the most extensive corporate health insurance initiatives in Armenia at the time, both in terms of scale and social impact, effectively addressing the healthcare needs of a substantial part of the population of Kajaran.

By covering not only employees but also their immediate family members—including children and elderly parents—the initiative underscored a comprehensive approach to social responsibility and long-term human capital investment. The event brought together senior executives, industry representatives, insurance and healthcare professionals, and media, positioning the agreement not only as a corporate transaction, but as a socially significant milestone.

Strategy

SPRING PR led the full strategic communications process surrounding the signing ceremony, shaping a clear narrative that framed the agreement as a milestone in Armenia’s corporate health insurance landscape and a strong example of responsible employer practice. The communications approach emphasized the scale of the programme, its social impact and its relevance to long-term workforce sustainability.

Ahead of the event, SPRING PR developed key messaging and coordinated pre-event media engagement to ensure accurate positioning of the partnership and its implications. The agency worked closely with both parties to align communication priorities, refine public statements and prepare executive speeches that reflected the strategic significance of the agreement beyond a formal signing.

SPRING PR oversaw the complete organisation of the event, coordinating venue preparation, technical arrangements and supplier management, while ensuring that the programme flow supported both institutional protocol and media requirements. Special attention was given to creating an environment conducive to professional media coverage and executive visibility.

During the ceremony, SPRING PR managed on-site media relations, facilitated journalist access, coordinated interviews and ensured consistent messaging across all interactions. The agency oversaw the information flow in real time, supporting speakers and maintaining clarity and accuracy throughout the coverage.

Post-event, SPRING PR continued the communication cycle through structured follow-up engagement with media, close monitoring of coverage and narrative consistency, and reinforcement of the programme’s broader social and economic value. This sustained approach ensured strong visibility for the partnership and positioned the agreement as a benchmark initiative within Armenia’s insurance and industrial sectors.
