SPRING PR served as the official PR partner of the professional profiling training conducted in Yerevan by internationally recognised business trainer Aleksey Filatov, one of the leading experts in profiling, neuroscience and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). The programme was organised at the special invitation of Alvarium Training & Consulting Company and introduced advanced profiling methodologies to Armenia’s professional and business communities.
The training programme was designed for a wide professional audience, including psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches, HR specialists, representatives of leading financial institutions, medium and large businesses, academic circles, NGOs and international organisations. The initiative positioned profiling not only as a psychological tool, but as a practical methodology applicable to leadership, management, journalism, security, human resources and organisational efficiency.

Strategy
SPRING PR led the full strategic communications and media relations process for the programme, ensuring clear positioning, professional visibility and consistent messaging throughout the training cycle. The communication strategy focused on presenting profiling as a forward-looking, science-based discipline with growing relevance across business, governance and professional development sectors.
A core component of the strategy was proactive media relations, including outreach to leading national and professional media, coordination of expert interviews with Aleksey Filatov, and structured communication of the programme’s educational value and practical applications. SPRING PR ensured accurate and accessible representation of profiling concepts, enabling informed coverage across informational, business and educational platforms.
In parallel, SPRING PR managed B2B communications, supporting outreach to corporate and institutional audiences and facilitating engagement with professional communities. The agency oversaw the information flow between organisers, media and participants, provided ongoing PR consulting, and coordinated post-training communications to sustain visibility and reinforce the programme’s positioning as a high-level international educational initiative.
