Overview
SPRING PR provided strategic communications and media relations support for the professional training on Enneagram and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) held in Yerevan by internationally recognised business trainers Irina and Egor Karopa, founders of the international training and development centre Growth Vector. The training was organised at the special invitation of Alvarium, a training and consulting company, and brought advanced psychological and behavioural methodologies to Armenia’s professional community.
The programme addressed a wide and diverse audience, including psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches, HR specialists, representatives of financial institutions, medium and large businesses, academic circles, NGOs and international organisations. The training positioned Enneagram not only as a typological tool, but as a modern development framework applicable to leadership, communication, human resources and organisational growth.

Strategy
SPRING PR oversaw the full strategic communications process for the programme, ensuring clear positioning, professional visibility and consistent messaging across all communication channels. The agency developed the PR narrative around the educational value of Enneagram and NLP methodologies and their relevance for both specialised professionals and broader business audiences.
A key component of the strategy was media relations, including proactive outreach to leading national media, coordination of interviews with the trainers and structured presentation of the programme’s objectives and outcomes. SPRING PR ensured accurate representation of the training content and facilitated expert commentary across informational and professional platforms.
In parallel, SPRING PR managed B2B communications, supporting outreach to corporate, institutional and professional audiences, and overseeing the information flow between organisers, partners and participants. Throughout the programme, the agency provided PR consulting, guided media engagement and coordinated post-event communications to sustain visibility and reinforce the programme’s positioning as a high-level international educational initiative.
