In 2016, SPRING PR was entrusted with defining the brand identity and communications strategy for EMPIRICA Research & Consulting, a Yerevan-based agency established in 2014. EMPIRICA specializes in marketing and sociological research, business consulting, and the design, implementation, and evaluation of social projects. 

The firm provides end-to-end research services—from methodology development and data collection to analysis and reporting—serving both public opinion and commercial clients across sectors such as agriculture, infrastructure, water resource management, and hydro construction. 

EMPIRICA’s team is composed of certified sociologists, business consultants, and project managers. The company employs a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods to deliver insights that help its clients identify growth areas, refine strategy, and implement evidence-based decisions.
