Overview

The annual Doing Digital Forum (DDF) — Armenia’s leading platform for digital transformation, innovation, and policy dialogue — has been honored with double awards at the International Public Relations Association (IPRA) Golden World Awards 2025 for its campaign Doing Digital Forum: Armenia as a Technology Hub, winning in the Technology and Country/Region categories. The ceremony took place on October 3 in Accra, Ghana, bringing together communication leaders and experts from across the globe.

As Armenia advances its nationwide digitalization strategy, SPRING PR organizes the annual Doing Digital Forum — a central platform that brings together government, the private sector, and global thinkers to explore technologies shaping tomorrow’s economies and to position Armenia as a bridge between regional innovation and global expertise.

The double recognition at the IPRA Golden World Awards underscores the Forum’s influence in both technology and national positioning. The initiative reflects the core purpose of the Doing Digital Forum: to create a platform where government, business, and global experts converge to exchange ideas and shape the digital future. Through the Doing Digital Forum, Armenia has become a true meeting point for innovation and collaboration, with this vision now recognized on the international stage.

Over the past three years, The Doing Digital Forum has evolved into a year-round platform that has been highlighted by leading international outlets such as Forbes, Yahoo Finance, and the Associated Press, among many others. Beyond visibility, it serves as a catalyst for influence — transforming participants, speakers, and partners into ambassadors of Armenia’s digital transformation and strengthening the country’s position within the global digital ecosystem.

Each year, the forum is structured around a distinct theme reflecting Armenia’s digital transformation agenda and global technology discourse. DDF23 – “Exploring the Digital Future” focused on crypto, blockchain, and Web3, reflecting emerging technologies alongside early regulatory steps. DDF24 – “Embracing Opportunities” expanded the agenda to digital transformation across finance and business sectors, examining localization opportunities within the global technology ecosystem. DDF25 – “Future of Money: Economic Impact” addressed the evolution of digital currencies, wallets, Web3, and AI, exploring their implications for financial systems and the global economy.

Recognizing the Doing Digital Forum with double awards in two highly competitive categories, the IPRA jury highlighted both the creativity of the campaign and the scope of the Forum.

Since its inception in 2023, the Doing Digital Forum has welcomed more than 3,000 participants and over 60 internationally recognized speakers from across Armenia, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. It has established strong partnerships and collaborations with key institutions shaping the digital landscape. These partnerships have included representatives from the Government of Armenia, the Central Bank of Armenia, Arca, Visa, McKinsey, Deloitte, Amazon Web Services, Edgar, Dunn & Company, the Singapore University of Social Sciences, Apricot Capital, Ameriabank, Fast Bank, Fastex, Ucraft, Hoory, and the Information Systems Agency of Armenia (ISAA), among others.
