Overview

SPRING PR served as the official PR partner of the Armenian company Art Club Nadjar in the framework of master classes delivered by renowned French expert Anne Debard, a leading authority in business etiquette and diplomatic protocol. The initiative was aimed at professionals from Armenia’s hotel and restaurant industry, offering practical knowledge on etiquette, protocol, politeness principles, customer psychology, ethical codes in hospitality, as well as the importance of non-verbal communication, dress code, and the art of addressing international customers. As the author of several books on etiquette and protocol, Anne Debard brought international best practices to Armenian professionals, reinforcing standards of excellence in the hospitality sector. The event was organized by Art Club Nadjar in cooperation with Moscow’s Art Nadjar International Gallery.

Strategy

SPRING PR developed and implemented a comprehensive communications strategy to ensure the visibility and impact of the master classes.
