Overview 

SPRING PR was the trusted communications partner of Flagman, a U.S.-based VoIP phone service provider offering scalable, secure, and cost-efficient communication solutions for small and mid-sized businesses across North America. Operating within the highly competitive and fast-evolving telecommunications industry, Flagman delivers flexible VoIP services that empower businesses to modernize their communications infrastructure.

In 2023, SPRING PR was engaged to strengthen the company’s brand visibility, elevate its international media presence, and position its founders as credible voices in the global telecom space. The goal was to create a coherent, professional image of the company across digital platforms—aligned with global market expectations and in step with the innovation-driven nature of the telecommunications sector.

Strategy

SPRING PR approached the project with a comprehensive, insight-driven strategy tailored to the dynamics of the telecom industry. The collaboration began with a detailed audit of Flagman’s digital presence, assessing the company’s visibility in media, brand consistency across online channels, and the effectiveness of its existing messaging. To inform the strategy, the agency conducted in-depth interviews with Flagman’s founders and carried out a comparative analysis of communication strategies used by leading U.S. VoIP providers.

Based on these insights, SPRING PR developed a comprehensive communications roadmap, outlining strategic messaging and positioning aligned with the expectations of telecom-savvy business audiences. The team launched a targeted international media outreach campaign designed to secure visibility in relevant trade and business publications, while also enhancing Flagman’s presence across search engines and digital networks.

To strengthen the company’s visual and executive identity, SPRING PR organized and directed a professional photoshoot and managed the end-to-end production of two branded videos (Video 1, Video 2). These videos—developed from concept and script to final edit—highlighted Flagman’s unique value proposition and leadership vision in a clear and compelling format.

Throughout the collaboration, SPRING PR ensured consistency across all verbal, visual, and editorial outputs. The result was a fully integrated communications effort that positioned Flagman as a trustworthy, modern, and agile player in the global telecom landscape—laying the groundwork for lasting visibility and brand credibility in a complex and competitive sector.
