SPRING PR is the trusted strategic communications partner of imID Trust Service Provider, set to establish a new benchmark and foster a new culture of digital identity and secure digital transactions in Armenia.
In the age of technological advancements, digital transformation has become a top priority — and Armenia is no exception. As part of the country’s digitalization strategy, Armenia is also advancing the protection of personal data and the implementation of fast and reliable processes in the digital domain — with Trust Service Providers (TSPs) at the core of this transformation.
To support this vision and deliver an effective digital identity solution, ten Armenian banks and three telecommunications companies came together in 2024 to establish imID. The Founding Board of imID includes Bank, Ameriabank, Ardshinbank, Armeconombank, Converse Bank, Evocabank, Fast Bank, IDBank, Inecobank, Unibank, as well as Team Telecom Armenia, Ucom, and Viva.
imID is shaping a new culture and standards for innovative and secure digital identity solutions, enabling users to register, login with imID, confirm transactions, sign any digital document online without the need for physical presence.
As a Trust Service Provider, imID empowers businesses and government entities with a comprehensive suite of trusted digital services, such as Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS), Signature-as-a-Service (SignaaS) – remote qualified electronic signatures with full legal validity, and eSeal-as-a-Service (eSealaaS) – trusted digital stamps.
Each action, whether signing documents or verifying identity, is protected by strong encryption and robust operational security mechanisms.
Starting from Armenia, imID aims to empower individuals worldwide with a secure and efficient digital identity solution that enhances their ability to interact with the digital world safely and seamlessly.

SPRING PR has been supporting imID’s mission from the outset, providing comprehensive strategic communications and public relations consulting aimed at shaping a clear, credible, and future-oriented public narrative as imID leads the way in creating a new culture of secure digital identity and trust-based digital interactions.
The collaboration with imID began with an in-depth discovery phase, where SPRING PR conducted in-depth interviews with the executive team to take out the company’s core values, strategic vision, and positioning in Armenia’s digital transformation agenda. These insights laid the foundation for building a credible and coherent public narrative around imID — one that reflected its mission and instilled trust in its role as a provider of secure digital identity solutions.
Based on this groundwork, SPRING PR developed and implemented a comprehensive strategic communications roadmap. This included the preparation of core PR materials, ongoing communications consulting, and the development of key messages tailored to various stakeholder groups — from government representatives and business leaders to the general public and media.
As part of the collaboration, SPRING PR provided full-scale PR and media relations support for the official launch of imID. Held on April 15, 2024, the event marked the inauguration of the imID office and the public unveiling of the project, bringing together high-level representatives from the Government of Armenia, international institutions, and founding partners. SPRING PR managed the entire communications cycle around the launch, including:
- Strategic Pre-Event Advisory – Consulted on the event structure and messaging, supported the preparation of the agenda, refined executive presentations, and coordinated official invitations to key stakeholders.
- Media Relations and Coordination – Secured media coverage through targeted outreach, developed and distributed press invitations, and ensured strong visibility across leading local outlets.
- On-Site Media Support – Facilitated interviews with Board Members and company representatives, coordinated photography and videography, and provided direct support to journalists during the event.
- Post-Event Communications – Drafted and disseminated the official press release, managed follow-up communications with media, and oversaw approval processes with key partners.
