SPRING PR served as a strategic communications partner to Telcell—Armenia’s leading digital payment ecosystem, operating a nationwide terminal network and a fast-expanding mobile wallet platform—during a key leadership transition marking the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Aram Azatyan after 15 years at the helm. As the company commemorated its 15th anniversary, the event was designed to reflect on Telcell’s evolution into a full-spectrum fintech operator and to introduce its next phase under new leadership. Conceived as a carefully curated internal gathering, the occasion honored the legacy of long-term leadership while reaffirming the company’s values, culture, and forward momentum.

Strategy

SPRING PR developed and executed the full concept and content strategy for the farewell event, tailoring every element to reflect the significance of the moment while maintaining a cohesive and forward-looking tone. The narrative framework was built around the dual themes of appreciation and continuity—recognizing the outgoing CEO’s legacy while creating a natural bridge toward the company’s future. The event content was crafted to honor the collective effort behind Telcell’s evolution and to foster a sense of shared ownership over the next phase of growth.

A central element of the event was a specially produced video dedicated to the personal and professional journey of the outgoing CEO. Developed and executed by SPRING PR, the video captured the reflections of team members who had worked closely with him, offering an emotionally resonant and human-centered perspective on his leadership. Complementing the video, a dedicated interview further highlighted his role in shaping Telcell’s growth and culture, allowing the team’s appreciation and respect to be expressed in a unified narrative.

Beyond content creation, SPRING PR managed every aspect of the event’s implementation. This included coordination with all vendors—from venue and technical service providers to design, printing, photo, and video production—ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the overarching concept.
