Overview
Building on a longstanding and successful partnership with the EBRD, SPRING PR was entrusted with the comprehensive planning and execution of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s (EBRD) Advice for Small Businesses (ASB) program presence at Europe Day 2025 in Armenia. From concept development to on-site implementation, the agency delivered a fully integrated event strategy that reflected the shared values of both the EBRD and the European Union, while effectively showcasing the ASB program’s impact on Armenia’s small business ecosystem.
SPRING PR was responsible for the design and execution of an engaging pavilion that went beyond the celebration of Europe Day. The installation was strategically developed to raise awareness of the EBRD’s Advice for Small Businesses (ASB) program, emphasizing its role in promoting entrepreneurship, supporting women-led initiatives, and driving inclusive economic development across Armenia.

Implementation
For Europe Day 2025, SPRING PR brought the EBRD Advice for Small Businesses program to life through an engaging and thoughtfully designed interactive pavilion. The installation seamlessly combined strategic branding with immersive storytelling, providing visitors with direct access to program experts, real-life success stories, and a comprehensive understanding of ASB’s transformative impact on Armenia’s small business sector.
A centerpiece of the pavilion was a custom-designed press wall that served both as a prominent branding element and an interactive photo opportunity. This feature significantly boosted visitor engagement and amplified the event’s visibility across social media platforms.
To effectively convey key outcomes and strengthen the narrative, a dynamic animated video was produced highlighting crucial statistics alongside authentic success stories of Armenian businesses supported by the ASB program, delivering a compelling and informative visual experience.
Audience interaction was further enhanced through a bilingual quiz (Armenian and English) featuring questions about the European Union, the EBRD, and the ASB program. The quiz actively engaged attendees, deepened their knowledge of the program’s impact, and reinforced core messages in an interactive and educational format.
In addition, curated branded gift packages were developed to showcase products from businesses empowered by the ASB initiative. Collaborating closely with product vendors, SPRING PR assembled these packages to authentically represent the program’s influence. Winners of the interactive quiz received these thoughtfully crafted gifts, driving engagement while raising awareness of the entrepreneurs supported by the program.
SPRING PR oversaw full vendor coordination throughout the project lifecycle, managing communications with technical teams, product suppliers, and printing services. This meticulous oversight ensured timely material delivery, smooth logistics, and alignment with the event’s strategic goals.
On-site, the team led the complete setup and technical deployment of the pavilion, verifying all functionalities and ensuring seamless operations. Continuous vendor management during the event facilitated prompt deliveries and quick resolution of any issues.
The photography and videography captured key interactions and moments, generating high-quality content to support post-event communications and social media outreach.
The EBRD ASB program’s participation at Europe Day 2025 powerfully demonstrated its dedication to fostering Armenia’s small business growth through targeted advisory services, active stakeholder engagement, and sustainable development efforts.
